Along the bottom of this page you see the unit being opened up for cleaning. Unlock the keyed cam lock, slip the body up & off the bottom bracket & expose the floor mount bracket & the inner storage sleeve.
Butts are removed by unlocking the keyed cam lock & sliding the body up & off the one piece inner frame & base plate.
The inner butt storage compartment is then lifted off the inner frame, dumped out & inserted back -then slide the body back over top & lock it down tight.
This unit comes with the additional "PL" (portable) add on base. This extra base is sheet steel, 10" across & is powder-coated in Grey. As a bonus it comes with the rubberized edging to keep floor scratching to a minimum.
This rounded base bolts onto the bottom of the inner frame with the same holes intended for permanent floor mounting on the regular "CT2005"
