SHIPPING
Due to COVID-19, you may experience some delays in receiving your shipment that are beyond our control. Hand Sanitizer is considered a hazardous material, limiting our shipping options. In turn, this can create a longer lead-time, which most consumers are not accustomed to these days. We can assure you that we have been working closely with all major carriers, including Canada Post, DHL, USPS, UPS and FedEx to distribute our product as quickly as possible, and understand your frustrations with any possible delay in receiving delivery on your order.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
All sales are final.
Refunds can be discussed only for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you. If you are approved for a refund, please allow 7-10 days for the credit to be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
